Sat is the word for being, chit is the for knowledge and happiness is the word happiness. These three Hindu words capture what Richard Rohr describes as being in the flow of life. There is a difference with having an intellectual understanding of flow and being in the flow.
To establish being in the flow is very difficult for most of us, especially since Western culture privileges perfectionism as an individual character - flow is perfect but usually not in human terms. Flow is indeterminable and uncontrollable and it is unselfish. Flow cannot be held tight for oneself as it naturally moves from one person to the next.
All we as humans can do is ALLOW. Allow ourselves to serve as a vessel for the flow and participate with a recognition of its existence and an intention to abide by love.
